CUSTOM LISTINGS: when you purchase a custom listing, please leave your custom text as a note at checkout. We will select the fonts we feel suit, however if you have a specific font you like please email a photo and we will use something as close as possible.

TURN AROUND: All items are made to order in our workshop and we like to allow 2-3 weeks for production (plus delivery time). Please email if you require something urgently, We have a priority service available for additional charge including upgrade to Express shipping. Special occasion (Christmas) items can have up to a 4 week turn around time due to the high volume of orders. 

POSTAGE & HANDLING: We send your orders via regular post or courier. If you require express delivery please email us so that we can send a custom order to cover the extra charges.

ARTWORK: We will send a proof of all custom orders prior to beginning, once approved we will create your order. We will not take responsibility for errors once the artwork has been approved. Please review your proof carefully to avoid and issues.
