Below is some information regarding arrival, what to expect, what happens after the shoot etc,

ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive 10 mins before your scheduled start time. Sessions are 20 mins ( Sunday) or 40 Minutes (Weekday) with a 20 minute cleaning and sanitisation between each family booking. Some sessions may finish quicker than others so arriving 10 minutes you may be able to pop in the studio earlier than your scheduled time.
SOCIAL MEDIA/ WEBSITE SNEAK PEEKS
Social Media request forms – If you would like to see your images on our Social media and website their will be a social media request form to fill out on the day.
Turn around time on images is currently 7 days. This may be subject to change due to unforseen circumstances. Please ensure your email is correct to receive your Gallery.
TURN AROUND TIME ON IMAGES?
All Images are numbered, upon receiving your Gallery I just need a list of 10 images Or you are welcome to upgrade your Package to All images for an additional $75.
WHAT IF I OR MY CHILD IS SICK?
In the event of illness please notify me asap to organise a reschedule. We have a pretty full Calendar but we will slot you in the next available booking spot.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A COVID LOCKDOWN?
In the event of A Covid Lockdown all affected sessions will be a priority for a reschedule date, These may be late afternoons or Weekday spots.
WHEN IS MY FINAL PAYMENT DUE?
All Final Payments are due the day before your scheduled Time spot. We offer bank transfer, website e-commerce payments ( AfterPay and paypal) or We are still accepting cash as form of payment in the studio if you prefer to pay cash on the day ( Cash Payments are due before the session commences)
WHAT DO I WEAR?
What to wear? We have a studio wardrobe for some sizing – Sorry not all sizes available, You can find what’s available under our Instagram Stories Christmas highlight.
