NON – REFUNDABLE Session Booking Deposit

Upon Booking you Agree to our session terms and conditions as per below:

Your Deposit is non refundable for change of mind, cancellation and failure to show to your scheduled appointment date and time.

However it is transferable to a new date in the case of illness – We totally understand Babies get sick! A new session date will only be offered if your session payment is paid in full at the time of your re-scheduling. Your session needs to be paid in full by the end of day of your original appointed date to qualify for a new reschedule date. If you do not pay the remaining payment you will lose your deposit and will require a new deposit to re-book your session in the studio. A reschedule does not need to be confirmed at the time of rescheduling as we understand incubation periods, You can message us in the following days to arrange a suitable date and time to reschedule.
