This is not considered a fault but rather a unique impression of raw material that is used for your product.

ARTWORK: We will send a proof of all custom orders prior to beginning, once approved we will create your order. We will not take responsibility for errors once the artwork has been approved. Please review your proof carefully to avoid and issues.

Postage Please allow up to one week for production of your orders and to carefully package it.
For Australian shipping with Australia Post, postage can take up to 1-4 days for metro areas and 3-7 days for regional areas.
Shipping times should be used as a guide ONLY. Please refer to Australia Post’s website for further details.

Please email if you require something urgently, We have a priority service available for additional charge including upgrade to Express shipping. Special occasion (Christmas) items can have up to a 4 week turn around time due to the high volume of orders.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of personalised products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges.
We also do not accept refund requests if a parcel is delayed as it is out of our control.
